The FCOS orchid plant sale starts NOW (noon on April 19) and ends at 8 pm on April 24. We have gathered together orchids, companion plants, books and jewelry. We are using the Betterworld Site to host this spring auction.
It is Simple to Place Your Bid:
Go to the orchid auction site.

Select the orchids or other items for your bid.
Once you have entered a bid amount you will be prompted for your name, email address, and payment information.
Betterworld will email you if/when you have been outbid so you can bid again.
Credit Cards will be charged after the auction ends. Please note BetterWorld will request an optional 15% tip per bid transaction. You can opt out of this by checking the blue box next to the donation request or set the donation between $0.00 and an amount of your choice on the drop down menu. Be aware of this and verify your bid total before placing your bid.
Our payment service provider, Stripe, charges FCOS a standard credit card processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 for each transaction. Bidders can choose to add this Stripe fee to their bid so FCOS receives your full bid amount.
Auction winners will be contacted after the auction to arrange for pick up or shipping. Shipping is offered only on select plants and items identified in a special section of the auction site. Auction items can be picked up at Asbells Orchids, 200 Orchid Lane, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420 on May 1, 2021 noon to 2 pm or by arrangement*. The Nursery will remain open till 3 pm for people that wish to tour the nursery and buy additional plants.
